I was expecting something quite more exciting.

I personally thought it was an easy build. It is my first modular building and is incredible.I recommend it to anyone who likes modular buildings. There is a reason why it has been so successful: it is in many ways the best of the lot. It is the only one so far where you get two separable buildings. After building it though, it’s anything but bland!
