LEGO 42020: BrickLink

Taxi along the ground, spin the rotors and take off rotors are connected with gear wheels and spin together. Twin-rotor helicopter measures 3″ (8cm) high, 8″ (22cm) long and 5″ (13cm) wide.

You spin a piece on the back and both rotors spin. There is a cargo door that opens and closes. Technic models have an “alternate” build on the back of the box- this one is in fact another helicopter which seemed unusual- in my experience the alternate is something completely different.

I will combine this gift with another since it’s really just an add on type of gift. Was rather disappointed that they would advertise the incorrect regular price which gives you a since you’re getting a really nice set. Box is a little worn on edges and squashed. It also has a turning front wheel for easy maneuvering on the ground. There are a lot of the blue, red and grey joint pieces as well a couple of specialized blocks. Like most kids he gets bored after 30 minutes of anything so this took a couple of hours for him to put together after going back to it several times. Took my 11 year old about 40 mins to complete it.
